'The Tiger Who Came to Tea'

We have had a great first week back in literacy. Our new story is called 'The Tiger Who Came to Tea', it makes us laugh because the tiger is very cheeky, ask your children to find out why!
We have drawn pictures of each part of the story to help us to learn it; this is called text mapping.
Next we wrote questions to Sophie's mum, who is one of the characters in the book. We were asking her how she felt about the tiger's visit.
Finally we took it in turns to interview each other, 1 of us pretended to be Sophie's mum and our partners were the interviewers.
